System H25

Rheinzink H25 is a recessed panel system, indirectly fixed and horizontally orientated with a panel depth of 25 mm using a specially developed mounting profile that allows the panel to freely float and compensate for expansion and contraction due to thermal movement. At the same time it maintains its exact position relative to the facade layout. The recessed shadow line joins can vary in width to architects specifications. Material thickness 1.5 mm. Panels sizes up to 900 mm in height and 3 m in width are possible, for greater lengths contact our office.

System V25

The Rheinzink V25 reveal panel can range from 200 to 300 mm in height and length can go up to 3000 mm, for greater lengths contact our office. The panel depth is 25 mm, the joint width can vary between 1 to 30 mm. The panel does not require fully supported decking, it can directly to a secondary sub-structure in form of galvanized top-head sections which run perpendicular to the facade joint line. The panels can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

Flat Lock Tiles

Interlocking Tiles are made out of 1.0 mm thick zinc material fully supported to a D/D structural plywood deck 17 mm thick. This is a system whereby two sides of the tile will form a undercloak fold and the other two sides an overcloak fold, they overlap when the tiles are joined. The upper tile hooks over the below fixed tile and locks into its final position before mechanically fixed to the plywood deck using galvanised screws. Essentially this system looks like a fish scale skin, which covers the facade. We feel that a panel size of 600mm by 600mm should be assumed when calculating this option

Angle Standing Seam

An angled standing seam is a lengthwise connection between adjacent sections outside the water plane. It derives its name from its angular craoss section.
In wall cladding, the angled standing seam is also suitable for design variations, such as horizontal or diagonal applications.

Special Purpose Designs

Special profiles and designs consist of multi-folded or multi profiled metal and sheet profiles. They are created according to the design and planning of the architect, then manufactured in the factory, assembled then installed on site.
Modern processing methods allow precise profiles and connections. Due to the high degree of prefabrication and well developed substructure systems, installation is relatively straightforward.
Composite Panels

Rheinzink Composite Panel is a laminated metal and plastic composite panel. It has been specifically engineered to produce a flat, lightweight, but rigid, formable panel with high bond strength and fire safety.
The standard composition of Rheinzink Composite Panel's is that of two metal facings bonded to a "Noryl" thermoplastic resin core. Bonding of the core and facings is by a revolutionary process called "catalytic fusion" where chemistry, heat and pressure are used rather than adhesives.
Lightweight, rigid and fire-safe - Rheinzink Composite Panels provide endless design possibilities ranging from simple fascias to intricate curtain wall profiles. They also overcome the problems often associated with many composite panels; such as poor fire behaviour, insufficient thermal stability, limited rigidity and adhesive delamination. They provide an attractive and durable building cladding that resolves many aesthetic and functional problems inherent in building envelope design.
